getting back in the groove

FINALLY! i feel wonderful now that i got my scraproom cleaned and i can actually get something accomplished...

so here is a couple of new layouts and a card...

okay, i got called out for not updating my blogs, (brooke) so i am going to make a sincere effort to try and post on them at least once a week. good thing i just finished some cards so i have something to post here. hehehe.

one amazing little girl

this layout was a step outside of my box. i tried so very hard not to be so anal about everything and to be as random as i can be. i am pleased with the outcome, and this LO i would actually like to frame and give to abbey as a gift. i think it would be a good thing for her to look at when shes feeling down, just as a reminder that she is special.

one last LO i did the other weekend. im pretty dang happy about how this one turned out! nothing at all like the original plan, but thats okay by me. i also have another LO in the works on my scrap table as i type this, hopefully i can get it finished tonight and posted tomorrow- we shall see. :)

saturday and sunday scrapping!

i'm getting through these challenges slowly but surely.


the first layout is for a challenge to not use pictures. i used the brochures paul and i got when we went to the Holocaust museum in Florida. its a simple LO,but i didnt want to clutter it.

the second one is for a rip the picture challenge. i took those pics last sunday at christmas. jaden and i were talking about emotions, and i would say one and he would make the face for a picture. when we got thru the basics, i asked him if we were missing any and he said "yeah the hard on face!". hes 5. enough said. hahaha.

the third one is for a reasons i love you challenge.

last one for now... it was my take on an ad that the challenge poster posted.

three more challenges to finish by 11 tonight and i will have done every one!

cyber croppin!!!

havent gotten too terribly much accomplished as of now, but i have tonight and tomorrow to work on the challenges for the cyber crop on treasured scrapbooking. the dt has put together a great bunch of challenges!!! so... this is what ive done so far....

and last pics are little altered chipboard stars i did for another make and take that i will be giving to aurelia and morgan after their figure skating show tonight!

but i have managed to get a few things done....

and i am in the process of working on a secret project. :)


on the up side of scrapping though----- i told my sister that what i wanted from the kids as a gift was for them to make me some scrap pages for a change, so this is what i recieved! ** got some future scrappers there!
